At Synedrium Publishing LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Bookboxes (Direct from Synedrium Publishing)

Eligibility for Refund:
- Bookboxes are eligible for a refund if they arrive damaged or defective.
- To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Bookboxes that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
- Contact us at authorjmn@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Once approved, return the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

2. Printful Merchandise

Since Printful items are made-to-order, all sales are final. Refunds are only available for defective or misprinted items.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic proof.
If approved, Printful will issue a replacement or refund according to their policy.

3. Books Sold via Amazon

All books sold through Amazon follow Amazon’s own return and refund policies.
Please visit Amazon Customer Service to initiate a return or refund.

4. General Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
